We strive to display product details, metal purity, gemstone information, and images accurately. Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product. The final making-charge and weight of customized jewellery may vary from estimates.
Payments
Payment must be completed at the time of ordering through the available payment methods. In the event of any payment failure, no order will be confirmed until payment is successfully received.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the timelines communicated at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Returns and Cancellations
Customised and personalised jewellery may not be eligible for return unless defective. Please review the product page and reach out to us before ordering if you are unsure. Statutory rights under Indian consumer law remain unaffected.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product.
